Dough:
1/2 lb. Butter
1/2 lb. Cottage Cheese (cream style)
2 c. Flour
Filling:
Butter
Apricot or Peach Jam
Coating:
Egg White
Grated Almonds
Sugar
Optional: Confectioner's Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Grease a baking sheet
Mix butter, cottage cheese, and flour
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate over night
Roll in a circle; cut 8 wedges
Melt butter and spread on each wedge
Spread a thin layer of jam
Roll like a croissant, beginning with wide end to the small end
Roll the croissant in beaten egg yolk, then in almonds and sugar
Optional: Top with confectioner's sugar
Bake 12 - 13 minutes
