1 lb. ground beef
2-4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)
1 tsp. sugar
6 green onions chopped
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. fat free sour cream
1 package thin noodles (8 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef, garlic, salt, pepper, drain fat
2. Add tomato sauce and sugar
3. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes
4. Cook and drain noodles
5. Mix onions, cream cheese, and sour cream
6. Put noodles in 9x13 pyrex dish
7. Cover with half cream mix
8. Cover with meat sauce
9. Cover with remaining half cream mix
10. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes, or until bubbly
