Filet Mignon (Nothing beats Costco meats)
Season with salt, pepper or other desired herbs and set out on counter for about 1 hour before cooking.
RED WINE REDUCTION SAUCE
1 c beef stock
1/2-1 c red wine
fresh garlic
1 T butter, cut in 4-5 pieces

STEAKS:
Read ingredients and sear steaks on stove top in covered skillet with olive oil. Turn and reduce heat until done to taste. Remove steaks and cover with foil on plate while you finish making Red Wine sauce.
RED WINE REDUCTION SAUCE:
Heat in saucepan & simmer 1 c beef broth broth until reduced in half while steaks are cooking (10 min.) When steaks are done, add pressed garlic to pan steaks were cooked in and brown. Add small amount red wine, reduced broth, and butter in small pieces.. Again simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over steaks.
