1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 large bananas, mashed
1 tbs vanilla
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour, sifted
1 heaping tsp baking powder
1 rounded tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs and mix well. Add bananas, vanilla and sour cream. Mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and beat well.

In small bowl mix nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon, mix wlel.
Add 1/2 cup milk to creamed mixture and mix well.
Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured tube pan (one that tube lifts out). Sprinkle nut and cinnamon mixture and add rest of batter.
Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes on rack. Carefully, shake loose and remove to rack.
