1 box cooked spaghetti
8-10 oz. shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 chopped green pepper
4 tbsp. butter
24 oz. ketchup (approx.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º. Mix the cooked noodles and butter into a 9x13 casserole dish. Then mix the ketchup into the noodles, be sure it is moist enough. Add the green peppers and half of the shredded cheese to the mixture. Top it off with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 45 min. until brown.

Fried Spaghetti is a recipe from Nana Dorothy Lochbaum. It was cooked in a cast iron skillet on the stove, which has since been revised to be baked.
