Bread or hoagie roll for one sandwich
Provolone or mild cheese of choice
Avocado (1/4 to 1/2 per sandwich)
Lettuce
Turkey (cold cut type)
Salt and pepper
Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Place a light layer of mayo on the bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste. Layer with slices of avocado, lettuce, cheese, and turkey.
Enjoy!
You can also lightly broil all ingredients (except lettuce and avocado) open-faced, then add lettuce and avocado before consuming! It's a nice toasty version.
