Chocolate Cake Mix:

1 small instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sweet milk
3/4 cup oil

Icing:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup Hershey bars, chopped
12 oz. cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake mix ingredients and bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes. Cut into three layers.

Mix all ingredients for icing and ice each layer.
