2 C. Bisquick© baking mix
¼ lb. fully cooked ham, finely chopped
½ C. shredded Swiss cheese
⅔ C. 2% milk
1 egg
1 T. honey mustard
2 tsp. dried minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the biscuit mix, ham and cheese.
2. Combine the milk, egg, mustard and onion.
3. Stir into biscuit mixture just until moistened.
4. Drop by ¼ cupfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake at 425º F. oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm.

What a great quick little breakfast biscuit to grab as you rush out the door especially if you're in a hurry to get your busy day started. If these are made ahead, they can be popped into the microwave for a couple of seconds for a quick and nourishing bite!
