1 3/4 C. all purpose flour
1/2tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1C. sugar
1/2 C. softened butter
1/2 C.sour cream
1 tsp.vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon or almond extract if desired
2 eggs
9 muffin cups

Directions:

Sift together dry ingredients
Beat butter and sugar together
Add sour cream, vanilla, and extract
Blend well, add dry ingredients Do not over mix!
Pour into 9 muffin cups
Bake 20 to 25 min. Cool 5min.
May be frozen
