Ingredients: Cheese-less sauce: Steam: 1 Potato 1-2 carrot (7 small carrots) 1 medium size floret of Cauliflower 1 clove garlic add: 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted 1/2 c. Non dairy milk 3 tsp. lemon juice (optional) 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp paprika 4 tsp mustard 1 tsp. soy sauce or Liquid Aminos (blend to sauces) 1/4 c. Nutritional yeast
Cut and sauteed vegetables: (balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. and 1 tbsp. veggie broth) half onion 1 green bell pepper 2 medium size summer squash 1 garlic clove 1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:First steam your vegetables carrots, potatoes, garlic and cauliflower while that steams down chop your other vegetable onion, garlic, squash and green bell pepper.Once steamed are finishing toast sesame seeds and blend while warm
Add the carrots, cauliflower and milk blend then add all spices blend and finish by cutting and blending potatoes (peeled).
Put your sauce aside and saute your vegetables in veggie broth and balsamic vinegar once the veggie are cooked down add your sauce and allow to marry.
Finishing touches add your bread crumbs add put into the baking dish preferably square 9x9 pan.
375º 40 minutes Bake in oven add additional bread crumbs and nutritional yeast on top for hard topping. Once finished let cool and serve. |
