Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
1 onion, chopped
2-3 ribs of celery, finely chopped
½ can green chilis, chopped
1 = 15 oz. can of chili with no beans
Lawry© seasoning
2 lb. Velveeta© cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown and drain the hamburger, breaking it up into small pieces. Cook the onion and celery with the hamburger.
2. If making in a crock-pot all remaining ingredients can be put into the pot. Cook on low setting for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally. Be sure to cut up the cheese into smaller pieces so it can melt quicker before adding to the crock-pot.
3. If making on stove top, be sure to use a larger pot. Add the drained, cook meat (with cooked onions & celery) to the pot
4. Add cut up cheese and chili, warm until melting occurs, stir frequently.
5. Add remaining ingredients and heat on low setting, stirring frequently.
6. Serve warm with your favorite chips.

Note: How to Cut Up VELVEETA

Cut VELVEETA (the whole loaf) into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Then, cut each slice crosswise at 1/2-inch intervals in both directions to make cubes.

Personal Notes:
This is a family favorite. It so easy to put together and always a big hit! You can easily try different variations of this recipe. Substitutes could include Rotel tomatoes, part sausage instead of all hamburger, taco mix seasoning, Mexican Velveeta, etc. (the list goes on and on)!
