2 lbs ground beef
1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 green onions, chopped
12-14 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Cook beef until no linger pink: drain. Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper , and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese and onions; mix well. Spread ½ cup meat sauce into 2 (8 inch) baking dishes. Place 2-3 noodles in each and trim to fit. Top each with ½ cup cream cheese mixture and ⅔ cup meat sauce. Repeat layer twice. Sprinkle ½ cup cheese on top. Cover and freeze one casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 º for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.

* For frozen casserole, thaw in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, 40-50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
