Refry tostados for about 15 seconds
Place on dish and add one or two jalapenos in the middle
Add Swiss American Cheese

There was a burger place in San Antonio called Little Hipps. Little Hipps was known for its burgers and tots. Little Hipps closed their doors on November 22, 2002. One of the long-time employees of Little Hipps, Timbo, Lang (who worked at Little Hipps for 27 years) opened up his restaurant in 2007 and called it Timbo's. Timbo's was located on Broadway Street in front of the Pearl for 10 years. The burgers and tots were the ones served at Little Hipps. Unfortunately, due to the fact that Timbo's is located in a prime area on Broadway Street, the land owner would not renew Timbo's lease. Timbo closed its doors on June 17, 2017. I got this recipe from him.
