SAUCE (I also use this for my spaghetti sauce)

1 lb hamburger
canned tomatoes - crushed
1-2 jars/cans of tomato sauce (any kind will do)
stir in 1 can mushroom soup (Campbells tastes the best)
1 onion chopped finely
1 or 2 pks of mushrooms (your preference)
2 pkgs of Club House spaghetti powder
½ or whole garlic bulb (I like mine garlicky)
2-3 bay leaves
1 tbsp oregano
garlic and onion powder to taste
open fridge and put leftover veggies, broccoli slaw, shredded carrots and celery in there all finely chopped/shredded.

Macaroni or Spaghetti

Bring noodles of your choice to a boil and cook until dente (not like mush). The drain noodles and pour a little oil over the noodles and stir (keeps from sticking). Put noodles into a well greased or sprayed baking dish. Stir in as much sauce as needed to coat and cover the noodles (but not soaked). Heat oven to 350º and place mixture in oven uncovered. Cook approx. 1 hour. Take out of oven and place cheese slices to cover the top and return to oven until cheese melts.

Enjoy!!!

Left over sauce I freeze back in sauce bottles or zip-lock to use in the future with spaghetti or to put over backed chicken!!!
