Ingredients:
Boxed Jello mix
Hot water
Soda (e.g., Sprite, Diet Sprite, Fresca, etc.), chilled in the fridge
Fruit to put in jello (e.g., banana slices, canned mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, etc.)

Optional: Pineapple Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make jello according to the recipe on the box, replacing the cold water with cold soda. (Note: diet soda makes a fizzier jello than normal soda since normal soda adds lots of sugar.)

2. Place in fridge for 60-90 minutes (depending on volume of jello). Pull out of fridge and put cut fruit into the jello. Put back in fridge until chilled and set through.

3. Optional: top with whipped cream or pineapple whipped cream.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandma Bolton made this jello every time we had a big family dinner. It's always well received when I take it to potlucks since people love the fizziness. :)
