2 Tbsp. oil

1 clove garlic minced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 lb ground beef

2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. rosemary

2 6 oz can tomato paste

2 cups hot water

1 can tomato soup

1/2 lb lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)

1/2 lb cottage cheese

1/2 lb mozzarella or jack cheese

Fry garlic and onions in hot oil until soft. Add beef, cook and stir until crumbly. Mix in seasonings and tomato paste blended with hot water. Simmer uncovered 30 min. In 9 x 13 pan put thin layer of sauce, half noodles, layer cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Bake in oven 350 for 30 min. Let stand 15 min before cutting.
