2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crushed pecans
2 sticks butter
4 c. cold milk
1 -8oz cream cheese
2- 8oz cool whip
3 small boxes chocolate instant pudding

Cream 2c flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. crushed pecans and 2 sticks butter (or margarine).
pour into a 9x13 greased (or sprayed) pan. Press on bottom to make crust. Bake 15 min @ 350º
cool

blend cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar into one 8oz cool whip and pour over crust

combine 3 small instant puddings and 4c cold mild. beat until thick and pour over cheese mixture. spread one 8 oz. cool whip over top and sprinkle with pecans

refrigerate
