Ingredients:  
Combination of bananas and spices remind you of Bananas Foster done the easy way
4 to 6 Ripe Bananas, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
Juice of 2 oranges
3/4 C organic coconut milk
3 or 5 drops of orange oil
2 to 3 T maple syrup
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t gr cardamon
1/3 C raisins
1/2 C silvered almonds
1 T Butter cut in small pieces or Ghee

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Arrange bananas on baking dish large enough to hold a single layer.
Stir together
Orange Juice,
Coconut milk
Orange Oil (substitute Grand Marnier if you like)
Mix well
Pour over Bananas
Sprinkle with
Maple syrup
cinnamon and cardamon mixture
Dot with Butter and sprinkle with raisins and almonds

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bananas are soft.
Gently transfer bananas to serving bowls
Generously spoon sauce over bananas
or add a little Baileys Irish Cream IF you like

Add vanilla ice cream to taste

Substitute apricots for bananas
or
Substitute Peaches and dried figs but add pear juice or apple juice instead of orange
