1½ lb sausage, browned & drained
1 lb bacon, crumbled
¾ lb sharp cheddar cheese
8-10 slices bread (crusted and cubed)

Combine together:
4 eggs
2½ c. milk
1½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt

Directions:

Grease 9x13 pan. Layer bread, sausage & bacon, egg mixture, then cheese.

Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Bake 1½ hours at 300ºF
