150 Pecan Halves
8 oz Semi sweet chocolate
50 Caramels

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350ºF

On a greased baking sheet or silpat arrange the pecan halves in groups of three ( end to end). flat side down. Place a Carmel on top of each cluster.

Place in the oven until caramels soften. About 5 to 10 Minutes. remove from oven and flatten caramel over the pecan with a buttered spoon, cool slightly.

Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Dip the turtles in the chocolate and cool on wax paper,
Store in a tightly covered container in a cool place.
