1 bag shredded coleslaw mix (14-16oz)
1 cup of diced dill pickles
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoon of dill pickle juice
½ teaspoon fresh dill
½ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon salt if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Place mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, dill, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl and mix
Add coleslaw mix and dill pickles on top of dressing and mix well
Chill for 15 minutes before serving

Party size:
2 32oz bags of cabbage
1 80oz container of Claussen pickles. Diced small.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pickle juice
1 tbsp dill
1/4 tsp salt
Lots of fine pepper
Place in full tray or two half trays.

I always double this recipe and then we love to enjoy the slaw on top of Tim's homemade pulled pork sandwiches at our backyard BBQ's.
