½ lb. bacon, diced and cooked crispy
3 lbs. red potatoes, cut in bite size chunks, un-peeled and cooked
¾ cup Italian dressing
6 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1 cup red onion, diced
½ cup green onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large serving bowl combine all ingredients and toss together. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours or longer, and serve. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
