Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 16.3 oz (460 g) biscuit dough
1 small can marinara/pizza sauce
32 slices pepperoni
mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
shredded parmesan cheese, for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut each biscuit in half. Press each half into a circle with your thumb.
2) Place a small dollop of marinara sauce, 1 pepperoni, 1 cube of mozzarella and then a second pepperoni on each biscuit round.
3) Bring the edges up and over, pressing them together and being sure to leave no gaps for the filling to leak out.
4) Lay the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper.
5) Combine melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper, and italian seasoning in a small bowl.
6) Brush the butter mixture onto each pizza bomb and top with parmesan.
7) Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits have nicely browned. In my oven 12-14 minutes would probably be sufficient.
8) Once pizza bombs are cool enough to handle, serve immediately.
Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Found them salty. I would eliminate the salt from the butter mixture.
You could easily add other pizza toppings to the balls.
