Makes two pies:
3 c sugar
2 ½ tbs flour
½ lb oleo
6 eggs
1 - 2 oz can crushed pineapple
1 can angel flake coconut
1 tsp vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour into sugar cream butter with sugar and flour. Add eggs one at a time, mixing between each. Add coconut and pineapple. Pour half into each pie shell. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350º bake until firm.
