2 9-inch pie crusts
Beat lightly 3 eggs
Add 3 T. Milk
Mix and stir in 2 cups sugar,¼ cup flour and ¾ t. nutmeg Mix in 4 cups rhubarb.

Directions:

Pour into pastry-lined pie plate. Dot with 1 T. butter. Bake at 400º 50 to 60 minutes.
