1 C. mandarin oranges chopped
1/4 C. orange juice
4 C. fresh cranberries
2 C. sugar
1 C. pear or apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 C. raisins
1/4 C. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 Tbs. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes or until the berries begin to burst. Chill. Serve with turkey or roast.
