2 Tazas de Leche
1 Palito de Canela
3 Cucharadas (tbsp.) de Expresso Liquido o Cafe muy Fuerte
1 oz. de Pisco
¼ Cucharadita (tsp.) de Nuez Mozcada
¼ Taza de Azucar

Directions:
Directions:
Hierve la leche con canela, azucar y cafe. Cuando se disuelva el azucar, saque el palito de canela y quite la mezcla de la estufa para enfriarla (sin refrigeracion).
Cuando el liquido quede tibio, agregue el pisco y la nuez mozcada.
Cuando este frio, tape la mezcla y pongala en el refrigerador.
Sirvalo helado pero sin hielo.
Sirve a 8 personas.
