8 oz. soba noodles according to label
Vegetable Oil
1 lb. shrimp
1 T rice vinegar & soy sauce
2 T vegetable oil
1 T grated fresh ginger
3 Cloves garlic, pressed
3 C snow peas
chicken broth & hoisin sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook soba noodles per label directions. Meanwhile heat 1 T vegetable oil in 12' wok or skillet on med. high.
Toss shrimp & 1 T each rice vinegar & lower sodium soy sauce in bowl.
Add to skillet; cook 2 min. or until shrimp turn opaque, stirring. Transfer to bowl.
Heat 2 T vegetable oil in same skillet on high. Add grated fresh ginger & 3 cloves garlic, pressed; cook 30 sec. or until fragrant while stirring. Ad 3 C snow peas; cook 5 min. stirring
Add shrimp to skillet along w/1/2 C low sodium chicken broth and 1/4 C hoisin sauce; cook 5 min. or until thickened while stirring.
Serve over soba.
