1/3 cup shortening or butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and egg; mix until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; blend into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Combine butter, remaining 1/2 sugar and cinnamon. Roll hot puffs in butter mixture. Serve warm.
