fresh asparagus - trimmed
thick-cut bacon - 1 piece per 6 pieces of asparagus
1 bottle good quality honey
good quality balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bundle 6 asparagus spears with 1 piece of bacon. (Can use 2 pieces of thin-sliced bacon).
2. Place honey in a small saucepan. Add balsamic vinegar until the top of the honey is
covered. Cook over low heat until reduced by half.
3. After asparagus rolls have reached room temperature, grill over indirect heat until bacon
is cooked.
4. Brush glaze over asparagus and serve.
