1 lb cooked chicken breast
3/4 cup mayo
3 tbsp finely minced onion
3 tbsp finely mince celery
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Pinch salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop celery and onion. Transfer to mixing bowl.
Put cooked chicken in blender and blend until shredded.
Add additional ingredients, mix well. Chill.

Cook chicken in instant pot for 15 minutes with 1 cup chicken broth or water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
