2 Tblsp. chives
1 red onion
2 Tblsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Tblsp. olive oil
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesan
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions on a foil-lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss everything together then place in 400 degree oven and roast for 35 minutes or until onions are golden and tender. Let cool completely.
Now add remaining ingredients into a stand mixer fitted with a paddle and blend everything together, including the onions. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
