Ingredients:
Flour (depending upon amount to fry)
Pepper, a good amount
Paprika, a less amount
Crushed Red Pepper, if you like a little something, something (for Katrina it would be none, for me it would be a little, and for Ande it would be more--kind of like the three bears story)

This is the best part. No eggs needed. Fries perfectly with pork chops; I would assume it would do the same with chicken but haven't tried it yet.

1. The secret is to add enough oil to cook what you need for the size of your frying mechanism. For a regular pan, probably about 2 TBSP. Heat at Medium-High until hot.
2. Coat your meat in the seasoned flour after mixing it up,
3. After the oil is hot and right before you fry the meat, add 2 TBSP of butter to the pan (if it's a large electronic skillet you may need more, I'd base it on how much oil you felt was right).
4. Cook on the first side at Medium-High heat for recommended time for the meat you're frying. For example, pork chops about 4 minutes.
5. Flip the meat, then reduce your heat to medium so it doesn't get too hot. Cook again the recommended time for your meat.
6. Enjoy!!

Personal Notes:
This recipe is from a myriad of various fried pork chops recipes on allrecipes and other recipe sites and personal experience. If you happen to have the Kentucky Kernel flour, that is our favorite; however, one day we didn't have any so I went online in a panic and this is the result!
