Small 🥔 potato’s about 25
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 med size white onion 🧅
3 tbsp evoo
sprinkle of chef Paul’s salt free seasoning
7 cloves of garlic 🧄

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Slice potatoes in half
Slice onions
Chop garlic
Mix all ingredients

Bake 1 1/2 hours
