3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups butter softened
2 1/2 cups granulated butter
5 large eggs
1 tsp. Lemon zest, plus 1 tbsp. Lemon juice (2 lemons)
1 tbsp lime zest (3 limes)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cup lemon-lime drink like 7up

Frosting:
6oz. Cream Cheese softened
5 tbsp. Butter softened
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Lime juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 14-16 inch Bundt cake pan using vegetable oil. Beat butter using paddle attachment on medium speed for 2 minutes. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy, 3-5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time until just blended. Add zest, juice and vanilla and beat until blended, about 30 seconds. Add flour, butter mixture and 7up until blended.

Pour mixture in Bundt pan and bake in pre-heated oven 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Until wooden pick comes out clean. Tent pan for the last 45 minutes to keep from browning if necessary. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes then place on wire rack for 2 hours. Frost.

Frosting: beat cream cheese and butter on medium speed until fluffy, 2 minutes. Gradually add the sugar and beat on low speed for 1 minute. Add lime juice and lemon zest and beat 30 seconds.
