1 lb of Velveeta cheese,
1 - 10 oz can of Ro Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies,
1 pkg. of Louis Rich Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Strips, chopped,
1/4 c. chopped green onions,
1 tsp. ground cumin (optional)

Mix all ingredients in large microwavable bowl, Microwave on high 6 - 7 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 3 minutes ,( or melt cut up cheese in crockpot, then add tomatoes & green chilies and chicken, heat through.
