Corn or Flour Tortillas
2 Lb Ground Beef
1 Cup Raisins
2 Tbsp Cumin
1 Onion - Diced
2 Tbs Minced Garlic
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Water
Salt and Pepper

Toppings (preference)
Diced Tomatoes
Shredded Lettuce
Diced Onions
Shredded Cheese (Monterrey Jack, Cheddar, or Mexican)
Black Olives
Sour Cream
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef. Drain the beef and then add remaining ingredients (except tortillas). Simmer this for 30 minutes.

Once the ground beef mixture is done, serve on Tortillas adding topping preferences (tomatoes, lettuce, onions, black olives, sour cream, cheese,salsa)
