1 lb. crab meat
1 5oz. jar Old English sharp cheese
4 Tbs. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
4 Tbs. butter, melted
2 tsp. French’s regular mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
10 saltines, crushed
6 English muffins, halved and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
1. Gently pick through crab to remove all shell.
Heat the jar of cheese in the microwave long
enough to soften.

2. Combine all ingredients except crab and
muffins; mix well. Gently add crab.

3. Spoon crab mixture on uncooked triangles
of English muffins. (Be sure to use all 48 pieces.)
Freeze muffins for at least 30 minutes before broiling.

4. When ready to serve, broil until bubbly and
slightly golden brown (only takes a few minutes).

*Can be made ahead and frozen for 3-4 weeks
before cooking.
