1 14-oz. package caramels
1 cup evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup pecans
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Set aside. Beat together cake mix ( any German chocolate cake mix), 3/4 cup evaporated milk and margarine.

Bake 1/2 the batter in a 9x13 pan at 350º for 15 minutes.

Spread caramel mixture on top of cake. Add pecans and chocolate chips. Spread with remaining batter.

Continue baking 15 to 20 minutes.
