4 cups Granny Smith apples
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup walnuts
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Peel and core apples. Cut into ½” pieces. Put apples into a large bowl. Add raisins, chopped walnuts, eggs, sugar and vegetable oil. Mix.

Add to apple mixture, flour, spices, baking soda and salt. Mix well, for about 10 minutes.

Pour into a 9 x 13 greased and floured baking dish.

Bake for one hour at 350.
