1 med onion
2 T oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp dry rosemary
3 T red wine vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1 1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Remove from heat and let cool.

Put roast in large bowl and cover with the marinade mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours. Turn roast every hour or so.

Use your favorite baking or BBQ method to cook roast. DISCARD remaining marinade.
