2 1/4 Cup flour
1 cup of cold water
1/2 Tbsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and flour. Then pour in water and mix. If its too sticky add a little flour. Too dry add a little more water. Then kneed dough until its easy to work with. And roll it into a 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Take it out and cut into 3×3 in squares. Poke with a fork 4 times from top to bottom. Then bake again for 30 minutes to an hour until dry. Then allow to cool.
