1/2 cup dried wild rice
1/2 cup broken walnuts
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 T. plain Greek yogurt
1 t. lemon zest
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. honey
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t pepper
2 cups seedless red grape
1 apple
2 stalks celery
1 green onion



Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1/2 cup dried wild rice according to package directions. Let cool. Toast 1/2 cup broken walnuts in a dry skilled over medium heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes. In a medium bowl, whisk 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 T. plain Greek yogurt, 1 t. lemon zest, 1 T. lemon juice, 1 t. honey, 1/4 t. salt and 1/8 t. pepper.

Stir in rice; nuts; 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved, 1 apple, cored and chopped; 2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped; and 1 green onion , sliced. Garnish with celery leaves
