1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Flour
¾ c. Quick Oats
½ c. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 c. Rhubarb
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Water
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown sugar, flour, quick oats, melted butter and cinnamon. Press ½ of the mixture in the bottom of a baking dish. Put rhubarb on top. Cook the white sugar, cornstarch and water until clear. Add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining oat mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
