1/2 Cup Panko
1/2 Cup crushed Macadamia nuts
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 sprigs Parsley, minced
1 T. melted butter
Halibut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Halibut. Sear halibut on one side only in oil/butter.

Then top each filet with the crushed macadamia and panko mixture.

Place in 350º oven for 10-12 minutes.
