5 oz evaporated milk
3.4 oz pkg instant lemon pudding mix
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate

Crust:
2 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup unsalted sweet butter, melted

Optional, whipped topping and sliced lemons.

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine all crust ingredients into a medium size bowl. Mix until it looks like wet sand. Press into a 9” pie pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Using a medium bowl, whisk together milk and pudding until thick, about 2 minutes.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in lemonade concentrate. Then beat in the pudding mixture.

Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust and place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hrs or until firm.

Optional, top with a whipped cream and thinly sliced lemons.
