8 oz. cream cheese softened
2 tbsp milk
2 oz dried beef cut fine
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Thin cream cheese with milk. Add all other ingredients.
Place in 8 inch pyrex pie plate. Bake 350 for 15 min.
Serve hot with crackers. Good cold after baking first the next day if you have leftovers.
