2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1 C sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning
1- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans RO*TEL Original, drained
1 bag colby jack & cheddar mix shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Add cream cheese mixture, add black beans then Rotel. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350º until heated through out and cheese is melted.
Serve with corn chips
