"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
This was Alora's favorite cake. When she lived with Peggy and Lon Mom always made this for her. When she moved back home I had to call Mom to get the recipe and wrote it down in the old "Blue Book." Don't try and make it without using cake flour!
