2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add to sugar.
Sift flour a d baking powder over dates and nuts.
Add eggs and sugar.
Spread in greased 8" square pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
